Building Systems

Terra Nullius simulates the classic construction sets players grew up with: metal strips and bolts, notched logs, interlocking bricks, rods and connectors. Every part has weight, strength and fit. What you build either holds or fails, and the physics shows you why.

The kits

Metal strips & bolts

Perforated steel strips, plates, axles and gears. Frames, cranes, gear trains, and vehicles that actually drive.

Notched logs

Round notched logs that lock at the corners. Cabins, forts and bridges where weight and stacking decide what stands.

Interlocking bricks

Studded bricks that snap together. Architecture, bracing and staggered walls, from small models to full structures.

Rods & connectors

Rods snapped into hub connectors. Trusses, towers, pulleys and simple machines.

A spring-terminal circuit board wires motors, lights and switches into any of them. Kits mix: a log cabin can have a metal-strip crane on the roof.

Name Your Own Build · Concept mockup
  1. Describe the build in your own words: "a bridge across the creek out of logs."
  2. The AI draws the blueprint exactly as described, mistakes included.
  3. Build it. If the span is too long or a brace is missing, it fails the way a real one would.
  4. See why it failed, learn which parts are mandatory, revise and try again.

With AI turned off, stock blueprints are used instead, each with common beginner mistakes built in to find and fix.

Grows with you

New and young players start with principle demonstrations. With experience the mechanics grow to forces, loads and full engineering accuracy. More in the Construction Lab.
